All license options are assigned 16-digit number sequences (key codes).
The certificates with key codes are available for download as PDF files in the portal. If an e-mail address is stored in the portal under the company profile, the key codes will be sent digitally.
Paper certificates are not sent.
License files for the systems are created by linking the serial numbers of the board and the respective key code of the license.
A board/customer account-specific PIN is required to access the board. The customer account-specific PIN should be stored in the portal as the default value and is then used for deliveries.

Your login data and your item stocks will be retained. All other functions (emergency etc.) are still available for our direct customers.
